I forgot my Profile ID / Password. What should I do?

Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the my account page or directly go into sitemap and click forget password and enter your "E-mail address provided at the time of registration" your "Password" will be mailed to you immediately.

How do I change my password ?

• Login using your account using “Email Address" and "Password"
• In the left navigation, Click on "Edit Profile".
• Change your password.

Why am I not able to login or why is the message "E-mail ID not found or Invalid Password" being displayed?

• The password you have entered might be wrong or you might be having the CAPS LOCK "On". Please check whether the password is entered in the correct case (Upper or Lower)
• If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "Forgot Password" link to retrieve the same.
