(a) The firm “The Perfect Marriage Services” is having every right to review the status of each member’s profile, activity & account and block/terminate the membership with its own discretion based on the review. The member enrolled once, he is not eligible to enroll again by using the other E-mail ID or so (Multiple profile of the same person is forbidden). If it is happen and finds out by the firm his membership will be terminated without refunding the balance subscription.
(b) The member enrolled, who is allowed only for what purpose he registered his profile. If he entertain in other activities like giving his advertisement, corresponding letters / Chatting with other members of the site / misusing of the site etc., his membership will be terminated without refunding the balance subscription
(c) The firm at its own discretion can screen the correspondence/communication/messages to other members of the site and delete the unwarranted/abusing messages if any without prior information of the members.
(d) The member cannot use any automated process, including IRC Bots, EXE’s, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view Contention or communicate / conduct / respond / interact with thefirm or its members. The firm is having every right to screen / view the messages sent by members at any time and to regulate the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications without prior notice to the member. The member is not allowed to furnish his member status in his profile. If it is found, the firm at its own discretion will delete such reference from the profile.
(e) The members, those who have registered as a member of the site can view according to their selected membership package.
(f) The copy right of the symbol, name and its material by others are forbidden.
(g) Any violation of this agreement will be taken as misuse of the site by the member and taken action according to law into force.
(h) The firm “The Perfect Marriage Services” is not responsible for any dispute between members. The firm expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between the members inter-se
(i) The firm is not responsible for any electrical fault /communication delay, any error, omission, transmission problem etc.
(j) The third party intervention is totally forbidden. The firm will not entertain any communication with them by direct or indirect.
